When my extractor fan in the bathroom went bad, I thought of changing it out myself. A few days went by and my wife really started to hassle me about getting a professional to get the job done. Although, I had no qualms against getting a pro, I was not comfortable with what I had heard from my neighbor who contracted a local hire to replace their faulty equipment only to later find that they had done an unsatisfactory job. Once their handyman showed up on our doorstep, I knew that I was going to deal with them for the rest of my life. He walks into the bathroom, checks the faulty equipment and then takes measurement to go out and get a new fan for us. In less than 30 minutes he gets back with a new fan and places it back into its spot perfectly with all wiring attached. In under 2 hours, we have ventilation back in our master bathroom and I was perfectly happy giving him his hourly wage as discussed on the phone with a representative from London Handyman Services.
